Hurry! Signed books for auction! Great cause!

Check it out here. You can get the HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE* Lulu Baker trilogy (actually with the Jinx TV-tie-in covers, not the old ones as shown on the site) and at the same time help kids with life-threatening diseases. Win win! All donation money goes to Donna’s Dream House, a charity providing free holiday experiences for children and teenagers with life-threatening illnesses and their families, and for recently bereaved siblings and their families. Donna’s Dream House recently suffered a terrible setback:

“Christmas was cancelled at Donna’s Dream House!  In the early hours of Wednesday 21st December 2011 a milkman spotted flames coming from the admin building at Donna’s Dream House and called the Fire Brigade.  His quick actions averted a total disaster, but enough damage was done to force us to contact families who were due to spend Christmas with us and tell them that they would not be having their dream Christmas.
During the night, arsonists had broken into the office building, stolen essential computer equipment, then set fire to…the building [which] is so badly damaged that it may have to be completely rebuilt.”

Of course, if you’re under 18, don’t forget to ask your parents first. But HURRY: auction must end at 10pm on Monday 30th Jan!

*Why collectible? Well, since there will be no further series of Jinx (waah :-( ) it looks as if Lulu Baker will soon be getting a makeover. So effectively, the ones with the Jinx covers are a limited edition!
